The Hippie movement was a counterculture where the hippies did not agree to the general norms of the society. These people broke away from the conservative culture of America and chose to establish their own rules and regulation. The Baby Boomers believed that they would bring a change in society and rebelled against the traditional beliefs. They rejected the dressing styles of the Americans and embraced a different look.
